一、如何提交侵权通知

二、反通知
如果你的内容因侵权通知被下架，而你认为下架是由错误或误认导致的，可以发送反通知至同一邮箱。反通知需要包含：
- 你的签名；
- 被下架内容的说明和原网址；
- 一份声明：你善意地相信该内容是因错误或误认被下架，如有虚假，你愿承担作伪证的法律责任；
- 你的姓名、地址、电话，以及同意接受相关司法管辖并接受投诉方送达法律文书的声明。
收到有效的反通知后，我们会把它转给原投诉方。如果投诉方在 10 至 14 个工作日内没有告知我们已提起诉讼，我们可以恢复相关内容。
三、重复侵权
对于多次被有效投诉的内容提供方，热浪短剧将终止与其的合作，并下架其全部内容。
四、恶意投诉
故意提交虚假侵权通知或反通知，可能需要依法承担损害赔偿责任，包括律师费用。
五、其他权益投诉
如果内容涉及未成年人、未经本人同意的真实人物影像（包括AI换脸），或侵犯你的肖像权、隐私权，不需要按 DMCA 格式提交。请直接发送邮件至 [email protected]，标题注明“内容举报”并附上网址，我们会优先处理。
DMCA Notice (English)
热浪短剧 (relang66.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512.
Filing a notice
Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice". It must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- The specific URL(s) on relang66.com of the material claimed to be infringing;
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We generally remove or disable access to the material within 3 business days after receiving a complete notice.
Counter-notification
If you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service of process from the complainant. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after forwarding the counter-notification unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate cooperation with content providers who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices and remove their content.
